ANNOUNCEMENTS 11TH, 12TH AND 13TH 2012 1. By the grace and Blessings of the Almighty God and your wholehearted support and participation, the Family Day 2012, was a grand success. We thank the priests, the sisters, the co-ordinators, various community and association leaders, the supporters, Donors and each and every parishioner who has helped to make this Family Day 2012 a success and joyous event. May God Bless you and your families. We count on your support and cooperation always. 2. There will be a meeting for the parents of all the children who are receiving Confirmation this year on Friday, 17th February, in the Bishop Tirinanzi Auditorium at 10.00 am. Parents concerned, please attend this meeting. 3. The Ash Wednesday is on 22nd February 2012. Ashes will be blessed at each mass. It is a day of fasting and abstinence. 4. The Catechists seminar will be conducted by Fr. Francisco Pereira from Kuwait on Thursday, 23rd February from 6 Pm to 9.00pm, Friday, 24th February from 11.30 am to 4.30pm and Saturday, 25th February 6.00pm to 9.00pm. All Catechists are requested to attend this seminar. New and aspirant Catechists are also welcome to this Seminar. 5. As per Directives from our Bishop His Lordship Camillo Ballin, we have printed limited copies of the book titled “EXPLORING OUR CATHOLIC FAITH”. These are available in the Church compound. Please patronize and cooperate by taking one copy per family. 6. A Pilgrimage to the Holy Land is arranged on March 22nd. For further details, Please contact the Parish Office. 7. The World Marriage Day will be celebrated on Thursday, Feb 16, 2012, with renewal of marriage vows, in the Holy Mass, at 6.30 pm, in the Mother Church, followed by a get together at the Bishop Paul Hinder block. Registration is BD2/- for each couple and is inclusive of dinner. Please register at JY desk or with the Volunteers. For further details please refer to the parish notice board. ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FRIDAY MORNING MASSES ONLY 8. The Parish Holy Hour will be held today, at 4.10pm. ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FRIDAY ONLY 9. The Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes will be celebrated tomorrow, 11th February, at 6.30 pm, followed by Rosary & Blessing at the Grotto. All are welcome to join and pray for the sick in our Parish, in our Homes and in the world. There will be no Deepening of Catholic Faith session tomorrow. ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SATURDAY EVENING MASS ONLY 10. Soon after this mass, there will be a rosary prayed at the Grotto.
