Rev. Fr. S. Andrews OFM, CAP. Assistant Parish Priest and Spiritual Director of Tamilian Community at Sacred Heart church.

Born in January 1965, he joined the Capuchin Seminary of Amala Annai Province Tamilnadu in 1980 and was ordained a Priest on 15^th December 1992 at Nirmala Ashram, Thirumangalam.

He served as Asst. Novice Master in the Novitiate for 2 years, as Asst. director in the Orientation Course for 1 year, Provincial Procurate at Amala Annai Province for 6 years before being deputed as the Parish Priest at Nirmala Ashram, in 2002.

Since his arrival in Bahrain in July 2005, his first assignment out of his home state of Tamilnadu, Fr. Andrews has been actively supporting the Tamilian congregation and is at his best in sharing the Word of God, imparting religious teachings and leading discussion forums.
