ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR 10TH, 11TH & 12TH MARCH 2017

  1. For the details of the Parish Lenten Mission in various languages, please refer to the banner put up on the stage in the church compound.

  2. The next Marriage Preparation Course will be held on Friday, 17th March in the St. Dominic Savio Hall from 7.30 am to 5.00 pm. Registration will take place on the same day, prior to the commencement of the course. Those who plan on attending this course are requested to bring their Baptism Certificate, a Bible, notebook and a pen along with them. The course fee is BD. 5/- per person, inclusive of lunch.

  3. There will be a pilgrimage to the Holy Land from 10th to 16th July 2017. Those interested in joining are requested to collect the form from the parish office and submit it before 28th May.

  4. On the occasion of the 100th Anniversary of Fatima this year, we will be organizing a pilgrimage to Europe from 6th to 23rd August and will be visiting Italy, Vatican, Spain, Portugal, Bosnia, and Switzerland. Those interested, please collect the form from the parish office. The last date to submit the forms is 30th May. For further information regarding both pilgrimages, kindly contact Fr. Gaspar.

  5. A Musical stage production entitled THAT CROSS MADE THE DIFFERENCE will be staged on 4th May, in Our Lady of Arabia Auditorium at 7.30pm, with nearly 100 talented artists from our Parish performing, along with sound and lights. The purpose of this Production is to draw people to God and to support the cause for the needy families in Bahrain. The tickets are now on sale. Please patronize the event, the proceeds of which will go to the needy. Kindly note that there will only be one show.

  6. The Sacred Heart Church Bahrain, gladly declares the launch of the African Community in our parish. We invite all our parishioners from the continent of Africa to avail of this opportunity and be part of your Community. The Community meetings will be held on the 1st Sunday of every month at 6:30 pm.
