1. On Wednesday, 14th September, Fr. Anthony Almazan celebrates the Anniversary of his Ordination Day. A Thanksgiving Mass will be offered at the 7.00 pm mass. Please participate and join us as we pray for his intentions.
2. We celebrate the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross on Wednesday, 14th September.
3. Catechism Classes in English for Standard 4 to Standard 12 will commence on 16th September. The students will participate in the Mass at the Sacred Heart Church at 8.45 am followed by Catechism Classes until 11.30 am. Due to this Mass, the obligation Mass in English at 8.45 am will be held at Our Lady of Arabia Auditorium.
4. Catechism Classes in English for Standard 1 to Standard 3 will commence on 23rd September.
5. With the commencement of the Catechism classes, the Schedule of Masses on Friday morning has been amended. With effect from Friday, 16th September the English obligation masses on Fridays will be at 7.00 am, 8.45 am, 10.30 am and 5.00 pm. Other masses have not been changed. For further clarification, please refer to the Parish Notice Board.
6. The Tamil Community will celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Valankanni on Thursday, 15th September at the Sacred Heart Church. The 9-day Novena in preparation for this Feast has already begun. For Novena timings and venues, please refer to the poster in the church compound.  Due to the celebration of the Feast Mass in the main Sacred Heart Catholic Church the regular 6.30 pm Mass in English will be held at Our Lady of Arabia Auditorium.
7. The El Shaddai Bahrain Chapter will hold a Catholic Life in the Spirit Seminar every Friday until 7th October at St. Lawrence Hall from 1.45 pm to 5.00 pm. All are welcome to attend and participate.
8. A Mini Parish Night Vigil in English with the theme “The Hope of Eternal Life,” will be organized by the English Charismatic Prayer Group on Thursday, 22nd September from 7:30 pm to 12 midnight. All parishioners are invited to participate and be blessed.
9. The next Pre-Baptism Seminar will be on Wednesday, 14th September from 7.15 pm to 8.15 pm at the Audio Video Room.  For registration, parents and godparents are requested to visit the Parish Office. This seminar is only for parishioners and expectant mothers too may register. Please be on time and do not bring children.

1. There will be a Marriage Preparation Course on Friday, 30th September in the St. Dominic Savio Hall from 7.45 am to 5.00 pm. Those taking part are requested to register their names at the Parish Office and submit their Baptism Certificate, recently issued for marriage purposes along with the date of confirmation before 21st September. The Certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The course fee is BD. 8/- per person, inclusive of lunch and the Certificate.
2. We are happy to announce that the World Youth Day will be held next year in Lisbon, Portugal from 1^st to 6^th August 2023. We encourage all single youth, above the age of 18, who are interested in representing Bahrain as a  part of Avona participants to register their names and phone numbers at the parish office as early as possible. ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FRIDAY 7AM MASS ONLY

1. Today, the Konkani Community celebrates the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Monti Fest at 8.15 am with the blessing of the new corn and floral offerings by children at the outdoor stage, followed by the Feast Mass in Konkani.  This will be followed by a short cultural programme and lunch at Our Lady of Arabia Auditorium. 
2. Today, due to the celebration of the Feast in the main Sacred Heart Catholic Church the regular 9.00 am obligation Mass in English will be held at Our Lady of Arabia Auditorium.
