1. We celebrate the Feast of St. Mark, the Evangelist on Tuesday, 25th April.
2. Bishop Paul Hinder, O.F.M. Cap. Vicar Apostolic Emeritus of Southern Arabia celebrates his Birthday on Saturday, 22nd April. Let us pray for his good health and his intentions.
3. Thursday, 27th April, is the Ordination Day of Fr. Darel. A Thanksgiving Mass will be offered on that day at 6.30 pm. Let us participate and pray for his intentions.
4. We bid farewell to Bishop Paul Hinder who has served our Vicariate so faithfully with wisdom, humility and patience. All are invited to participate in a Thanksgiving Mass which will be held on 2nd May at 6.30 pm followed by a felicitation programme in Our Lady of Arabia Auditorium. Due to this, all language masses remain cancelled.
5. First Holy Communion for Sacred Heart School children will be on Friday, 21st April at 10.15 am. Due to this 10.30 am regular mass will be shifted to Our Lady of Arabia Auditorium.
6. The Sacrament of Confirmation will be administered on Friday, 28th April at 4.00 pm at the Sacred Heart Church.  The regular 5.00 pm obligation mass in English will be shifted to Our Lady of Arabia Auditorium. Due to this, the regular Tamil Mass held at Our Lady of Arabia Auditorium will be at 6.30 pm.
7. The Wedding Anniversary Mass for April celebrants will be held on Saturday, 29thApril at the 6.30 pm Mass in the Sacred Heart Church. During the mass, celebrants must occupy the pews reserved. Registration along with a fee of BD.1 is required and celebrants must be present at Mass to receive the Certificate.  Last date to sign up is Friday, 28th April.
8. Jesus Youth will host their Middle East Conference in Bahrain at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Arabia from 5th to 7th May, for 400 participants. They request support in the form of Foster Homes for the participants from other countries for three days. Please check the Parish Notice Board and Help Desk for contact details.
