1. The First Friday Parish Holy Hour will be held on 2nd June at 3.45 pm.
2. On Friday, 2nd June, the African Community celebrates the Feast of their Patron, Saint Charles Lwanga and Companions commencing with the Adoration at 6.00 pm, followed by the Mass at 6.40 pm in the Mother Church. There will be a reception with light refreshments after the Mass. All parishioners are invited to be a part of the celebrations.
3. The papal intention for the month of June is to pray for the abolition of torture.
4. The Feast of Corpus Christi, the Most Holy Body & Blood of Christ will be celebrated on Friday 9th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th June. On Friday, 9th June there will be a Holy Hour of Adoration at 3.45 pm at the Sacred Heart Church.
5. The next Pre-Baptism Seminar will be on Wednesday, 14th June from 7.15 pm to 8.15 pm at the Audio Video Room.  For registration, parents and godparents are requested to visit the Parish Office. This seminar is only for parishioners and expectant mothers too may register. Please be on time and do not bring children.
6. The Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Patron of our Parish will be celebrated on Friday, 16th June. The Feast Mass will be celebrated at 8.45 am. During the mass, there will be the Enthronement to the Sacred Heart, where parishioners with the Statues or framed pictures of the Sacred Heart of Jesus may bring them forward to be blessed. On this day, various Parish communities and ministries will come together to organize a mini Family day. The flag hoisting will take place on Tuesday, 6th June at 6.30 pm in the courtyard.
7. The Novena in preparation for the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, being led by different communities each day, will commence on Wednesday, 7th June after the evening Mass. For the Novena schedule, please refer to the Parish Notice Board.
8. Kindly note that on Tuesday, 6th and 13th June, the Novena in honour of St. Anthony will not be prayed and on Wednesday, 7th and 14th June there will be only one Mass at 6.30 pm and the Novena in honour of Our Lady of Perpetual Help will not be prayed.
9. During the days of the Novena, please note that we shall not have any other para-liturgical services, and we encourage all parishioners to participate in the Novena to foster our togetherness in celebrating the Feast of our Parish.
10. Due to the Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Poor of St. Anthony (POSA) of our Parish will celebrate the Feast of their patron, St. Anthony, on Tuesday, 20th June with a Feast Mass at 6.30 pm. We request all the devotees of St. Anthony to attend this mass and encourage more parishioners to join the offertory procession before the mass along with offerings in cash or kind, which, later will be given to the needy.
11. Friday, 9th June, is the last day of Catechism. There will be a Catechism Mass at 8.45 am in the Sacred Heart Church. Due to this, the regular English Obligation Mass at 8.45 am will be shifted to Our Lady of Arabia Auditorium.
12. On Friday, 30th June the Youth of our Parish will be organizing a Cricket Tournament at the Indian Club from 5.30 am onwards. All parishioners are invited to attend and encourage the participants.
13. “One Direction,” a summer special has been organized for Kids and Teens on 1st, 2nd and 3rd July, and is compulsory for students from Grade 1 to 12. Please plan your summer vacation accordingly. For registration and other details, kindly refer to the Parish Notice Board.
14. The CFC Singles for Christ invites all single men and women from 21 to 40 years of age to a Christian Life Programme which will be conducted from 19th May to 14th July at the St. Francis Center – Rooms 14 to 16, above the Religious Gift Corner. Registration Forms are available at the Parish Office or from any Singles for Christ Member.
