- Monday, 14th July is the Ordination Day of our AVONA priest, Fr. Rolly. Thursday, 17th July is the Ordination Day of Fr. Desideri, the resident priest at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Arabia in Awali. Please pray for their intentions.
- On Wednesday, 16th July, we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The Feast mass will be celebrated at 5.30 pm.
- There will be a Marriage Preparation Course on Friday, 18th July at the Audio Video Room from 7.45 am to 5.00 pm. Those interested in attending are requested to register their names at the Parish Office and submit their Baptism Certificate, recently issued for marriage purposes along with the date of Confirmation before 17th July. The Certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The course fee is BD. 8/- per person, inclusive of lunch and the Certificate. Late comers will not be accepted for the course.
- We celebrate Grandparents Day on Sunday, 27th July. There will be a Thanksgiving Mass at 7.00 pm, with a gathering thereafter in the St. Clare A.V. Room. We invite all the grandparents of our parish to attend. Interested parishioners are requested to register their names in the Parish Office before 26th July in order to make the necessary arrangements.
- We are pleased to announce an extraordinary opportunity to participate in the Jubilee Year 2025 through a Holy Pilgrimage to Rome, First group from September 21st to September 30th and second group from September 30th to 9th October visits to Jubilee Shrines, and the reception of a Plenary Indulgence by engaging in Works of Mercy. This sacred journey is a call to deepen our faith, seek spiritual renewal, and embrace the grace of God during this special time of jubilee. Those interested in participating are to register their names at the Parish Office.
- All are invited to serve as a Catechist or volunteer at the English Catechism Ministry of the Sacred Heart Church. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity by completing the form at the Parish Office and submitting it by 31st July.
