Announcements for 17th, 18th and 19th December 2021

  1. In preparation for Christmas, the Parish Advent Mission will be held on Monday 20th, Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd December after the evening masses in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
  2. On December 26th Sunday we celebrate the feast of the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph.
  3. December 31st Friday, is the last day of the year.  A thanksgiving Adoration will be held from 3pm to 4 pm to thank God for all the blessing he has bestowed on us. Let us participate.
  4. On line registration is required to attend mass on Friday 24th December, Friday 31st December.
  5. The Christmas and New Year Mass schedule is displayed on the notice boards and on the Church website.
  6. Flowers to decorate the Altar at Manama for Christmas and New Year services may be brought to the Sacristy on Friday, 24th December and on Friday, 31st December by 12 noon.
  7. Dear Parishioners, during this advent and Christmas season let us share with the poor and needy of our parish and share the joy of Christmas. All those who wish to help may contribute in cash or in kind please contact Mr. Johnson on 39270945 to donate these items at the Church office.  For more details, you may refer to the Notice Board.  May God bless you and thank you.
  8. Parish Calendars for the Year 2022 is now available in the church compound for 500 fils. We encourage every family in the parish to buy this calendar as it contains details of daily mass readings and important information about the parish.
  9. Visiting hours to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Arabia is from 8.00 am to 12.00 noon and 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm every day. Kindly do not enter the Cathedral through Bapco premises as there is no entry or gate that will lead you to the Cathedral from there.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FRIDAY MORNING MASSES ONLY

  1. Today, is the Ordination Day of Fr. Charbel Fayad. A Thanksgiving Mass will be offered at 7.00 pm at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Let us participate and pray for his intentions.
