1. The Wedding Anniversary Mass for October celebrants will be held on Saturday, 29th October at the 6.30 pm Mass in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. During the mass, celebrants must occupy the pews reserved. Registration along with a fee of BD.1 is required and celebrants must be present at Mass to receive the Certificate.  Last date to sign up is Friday, 28th October.
2. Due to the Papal Mass on Saturday, 5th November, all the masses on this day in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church will be cancelled.
3. Due to the Papal visit to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Sunday, 6th November, the regular morning masses will be cancelled and the gates will only open after 3.30 pm. In the evening, all the Masses will resume as usual.
4. All transactions at the Souvenir Help Desk and Merchandise Counter are in the form of cash only.  Alternative methods of payment will not be accepted.
5. Due to the ongoing maintenance work in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, masses in other languages besides English during weekdays, Para liturgical services inclusive of Catechism Classes and all prayer meetings remain suspended during the Papal visit and will only resume from 7th November. The Blessed Sacrament Chapel and Mother Church will remain closed until after the Papal visit.
6. To honour the Holy Father on his first visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain and also to thank His Majesty The King and the people of Bahrain, we urge you to register yourselves at the Papal Mass on Saturday, 5th November at the Bahrain National Stadium.  We have allocated a high percentage to the residents of Bahrain to ensure that everyone gets a chance to see the Holy Father a chance which everyone must avail of.  No doubt there will be some sacrifice involved but the blessings of the Holy Father will make it all worthwhile. 
7. All parishioners are kindly requested to patronize the Merchandise Counter and avail of the various souvenirs which are available for distribution.
8. Individuals, families, communities, Ministries of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and those with connections to Organizations are encouraged to participate in the Souvenir which is being released for this specific purpose and will be distributed worldwide. Please come forward and submit your photographs, messages and best wishes to His Majesty The King and the Royal Family, the Holy Father and the people of Bahrain for this incredible once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR ALL MASSES ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY & MORNING MASS ON SUNDAY

1. Mission Sunday will be celebrated this Sunday, 23rd October. The collection made on this day will be sent to our Bishop for Mission works. Our Holy Father encourages us to take active part by praying for the missionaries and extending support, through our contributions. Please enclose your generous contributions in the envelopes which were distributed last week, and drop them in the box kept at the entrance of the Sacred Heart Church and the Mother Church.
