- Tomorrow Saturday, 31st December is the last day of the Year 2022. There will be a Thanksgiving Holy Hour at 7.00 pm followed by the Solemn Mass at 8.00 pm in the Sacred Heart Church. All parishioners are invited to participate in these services.
- On Sunday, 1st January, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God. Masses in English will be held at 7.00 am, 8.30 am, 10.00 am, 5.30 pm and 7.00 pm at the Sacred Heart Church. For masses in other languages, please refer to the Parish Notice Board or Church website.
- Flowers to decorate the Altar in Manama for the New Year services may be brought to the Sacristy by tomorrow, Saturday, 31st December before 12 noon.
- Monday, 2nd January is the Ordination Day of Fr. Francis. A Thanksgiving Mass will be offered at 6.30 pm in the Sacred Heart Church. Let us participate and pray for his intentions.
- The First Friday Parish Holy Hour will be held on 6th January at 3.45 pm.
- The Feast of Our Lady of Arabia, Patroness of our Vicariate, will be celebrated on Friday 13th, Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th January. The Nine-Day Novena will commence from Wednesday, 4th January during the evening Masses. Due to this Novena, the Novena in honour of St. Anthony will not be prayed on Tuesday, 10th January, and there will be only one Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help on Wednesdays, 4th and 11th January after the 7pm Mass. - To mark the memory of the Holy Father’s visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, a customized and limited edition plaque has been released which is only 100 in number. You may book your plaque in the Parish Office at the earliest. The plaque is priced at BD 25, inclusive of the commemorative gold coin.
