1. The Feast of Corpus Christi, the Most Holy Body & Blood of Christ will be celebrated on Friday 9th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th June. On Friday, 9th June there will be a Holy Hour of Adoration at 3.45 pm at the Sacred Heart Church.
2. Friday, 9th June, is the last day of Catechism. There will be a Catechism Mass at 8.45 am in the Sacred Heart Church. Due to this, the regular English Obligation Mass at 8.45 am will be shifted to Our Lady of Arabia Auditorium.
3. The next Pre-Baptism Seminar will be on Wednesday, 14th June from 7.15 pm to 8.15 pm at the Audio Video Room.  For registration, parents and godparents are requested to visit the Parish Office. This seminar is only for parishioners and expectant mothers too may register. Please be on time and do not bring children.
4. The Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Patron of our Parish will be celebrated on Friday, 16th June. The Feast Mass will be celebrated at 8.45 am. During the mass, there will be the Enthronement to the Sacred Heart, where parishioners with the Statues or framed pictures of the Sacred Heart of Jesus may bring them forward to be blessed. Parishioners interested in donating flowers for the Feast may put their contributions in the box placed at the main entrance of the Sacred Heart Church. On this day, various Parish communities and ministries will come together to organize a mini Family Day.
5. The Novena in preparation for the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, being led by different communities each day, has commenced and is being prayed daily after the evening Mass. For the Novena schedule, please refer to the Parish Notice Board.
6. Kindly note that on Tuesday, 13th June, the Novena in honour of St. Anthony will not be prayed and on Wednesday, 14th June there will be only one Mass at 6.30 pm and the Novena in honour of Our Lady of Perpetual Help will not be prayed.
7. During the days of the Novena, please note that we shall not have any other para-liturgical services, and we encourage all parishioners to participate in the Novena to foster our togetherness in celebrating the Feast of our Parish.
8. On Friday, 16th June, we observe the World Day of Prayer for the sanctification of priests.
9. Due to the mini Family Day on Friday, 16^th June, the Mass in  English will be as usual at 7.00 am, 8.45 am and 5 pm. On that day, 10.30 am mass has been cancelled. The Mass in Malayalam will be at 10.30 am, the Mass in Filipino at 12 noon and the Mass in Tamil at 3.00 pm. All these services will be at the Sacred Heart Church.
10. On Saturday, 17th June, we celebrate the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary at 6.20 am and observe the 11th Sunday in Ordinary Time – Year A on Saturday evening and Sunday, 18th June.
11. Due to the Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Feast of St. Anthony will be celebrated on Tuesday, 20th June with a Feast Mass at 6.30 pm. We invite more parishioners to join the offertory procession before the mass. Offerings in cash or kind, will later be given to the needy.
12. The Wedding Anniversary Mass for June celebrants will be held on Saturday, 24thJune at the 6.30 pm Mass in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. During the mass, celebrants must occupy the pews reserved. Registration along with a fee of BD.1 is required and celebrants must be present at Mass to receive the Certificate.  Last date to sign up is Friday, 23rd June.
13. The Sacred Heart Church Music Ministry would like to invite musicians, who would like to use their talents to glorify the Lord at the various English masses, to register their names and contact details at the Parish Office or with any of the choir members.
14. On Friday, 9th June there will be a Volleyball and Throwball Tournament with a special attraction of a Tug of War for Men and Women at A’Ali Cultural & Sports Club. All parishioners are requested to support this event which runs from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm.
15. On Friday, 30th June the Youth of our Parish will be organizing a Cricket Tournament at the Indian Club from 5.30 am onwards. All parishioners are invited to attend and encourage the participants.
16. “One Direction,” a summer special has been organized for Kids and Teens on 1st, 2nd and 3rd July, and is compulsory for students from Grade 1 to 12. Please plan your summer vacation accordingly. For registration and other details, kindly refer to the Parish Notice Board.
17. The CFC Singles for Christ invites all single men and women from 21 to 40 years of age to a Christian Life Programme which will be conducted from 19th May to 14th July at the St. Francis Center – Rooms 14 to 16, above the Religious Gift Corner. Registration Forms are available at the Parish Office or from any Singles for Christ Member.
