1. The next Pre-Baptism Seminar will be on Wednesday, 15th November from 7.15 pm to 8.15 pm at the Audio Video Room. For registration, parents and godparents are requested to visit the Parish Office. This seminar is only for parishioners and expectant mothers too may register. Please be on time and do not bring children.
2. There will be a Marriage Preparation Course on Friday, 17th November in the St. Dominic Savio Hall from 7.45 am to 5.00 pm. Those taking part are requested to register their names at the Parish Office and submit their Baptism Certificate, recently issued for marriage purposes, along with the date of Confirmation before 15th November. The Certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The course fee is BD. 8/- per person, inclusive of lunch and the Certificate.
3. There will be a Christmas Carol Singing Competition, open to all parishioners of the Church and Cathedral, on Thursday, 14th December at 7.30 pm on the outdoor stage in the Sacred Heart Church compound. Registration for 10 groups only has commenced and Registration Forms are available at the Parish Office. Last date for submission is 7th December.
4. As we celebrate the 1500th Jubilee Year of St. Arethas, there will be a Retreat in English at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Arabia led by Fr. Joseph Edattu from the Divine Retreat Centre in UK from Thursday, 16th November to Sunday, 19th November from 6.30 pm to 10.00 pm. Arrangements have been made for transportation during these days, and buses will leave the Art & Craft Centre from 5.00 pm onwards.
5. On Thursday 16th November, Rev. Fr. Saji Thomas, the Rector of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Arabia celebrates the 23rd Anniversary of his Ordination. A Thanksgiving Mass will be offered on that day at the Church of Our Lady of Visitation, Awali at 7.00 pm. Please participate and pray for his intentions.
6. Due to the inability to bless the cemeteries on All Souls Day, this will now be done on Monday, 13th November. The Christian Cemetery in Salmabad will be blessed at 1.30 pm and the old Cemetery in Manama at 4.00 pm.
7. The English Catechism Ministry of our Parish will be celebrating its Catechism Fun Day 2023 on 10th November in the church compound from 7.45 am to 2.00 pm with games and food stalls. Kindly patronise. Various competitions have been organized for all children from our Parish so that they can exhibit their talents. Competitions have been scheduled for Saturday, 4th November and Friday, 17th November. For registrations forms, please contact the Parish Office or the Catechism Office on Friday between 7.30 am and 12 noon. For further details, refer to the Banner in the church compound. There will be Catechism classes and Youth Mass on Friday, 10th November as usual.
8. The Wedding Anniversary Mass for November celebrants will be held on Saturday, 25th November at the 6.30 pm Mass. During the mass, celebrants must occupy the pews reserved. Registration along with a fee of BD.1 is required and celebrants must be present at Mass to receive the Certificate. Last date to sign up is Friday, 24th November.
9. There will be a one-day programme in English for all the nurses of our parish entitled The Greatest Call 2023, initiated by Bishop Aldo Berardi on Saturday, 18th November at the Sacred Heart Church. We request the participation of all the nurses of the different communities. Registration is being done after all obligation masses. Registration Fee is BD 2 per person. Details have been put on the poster in the church compound. Please contact your Spiritual Directors for more information. 
10. The African Community, under the guidance of Fr. Nicolson Supreme, would like to draw the attention of all Africans and those of African heritage to join the African community body. For registration, contact Mobile Nos. 33773170 or 36200071 or fill the form in the Parish Office.
11. Under the guidance of Bishop Aldo Berardi, there will be a Bahrain Catholic Youth Day celebration on Friday, 8th December at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Arabia in Awali from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm which is compulsory for all youth from ages 15 to 35 to attend. For registration and further details, please contact the Parish Office and community leaders. Snacks, lunch and transport will be arranged.
