1. As we celebrate the 1500th Jubilee Year of St. Arethas, a Retreat in English, led by Fr. Joseph Edattu from the Divine Retreat Centre, UK is being held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Arabia from 6.30 pm to 10.00 pm until Sunday, 19th November. Arrangements have been made for transportation, and buses will leave the Art & Craft Centre from 5.00 pm onwards.
2. We celebrate the Memorial of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Tuesday, 21st November.
3. The Feast of St. Francis Xavier will be celebrated by the Konkani Community on Friday, 1st December at 8:30 am.  The flag hoisting will take place on Tuesday, 21st November and the Novena in preparation for the Feast will commence on Wednesday, 22nd November.
4. To celebrate the Feast of St. Cecilia, the Patroness of Musicians, the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Music Ministry would like to invite all the choir members from different communities to renew their commitment on Wednesday, 22nd November at the 7.00 pm Mass. Due to this mass, the regular 7.00 pm mass in English will be at Our Lady of Arabia Auditorium
5. The Solemnity of our Lord Jesus Christ, the King, will be celebrated on Friday 24th, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th November. On Friday, the Blessed Sacrament will be exposed for Adoration at the Mother Church from 9.45 am to 4.30 pm. For the Adoration schedule, please refer to the Parish Notice Board. On this day, the Adoration Chapel will remain closed until 4.30 pm. 
6. On Friday, 24th November, the Renewal and Investiture Ceremony of the Sacred Heart Church Altar Servers will be carried out at the 5.00 pm mass.
7. The Wedding Anniversary Mass for November celebrants will be held on Saturday, 25th November at the 6.30 pm Mass. During the mass, celebrants must occupy the pews reserved. Registration along with a fee of BD.1 is required and celebrants must be present at Mass to receive the Certificate. Last date to sign up is Friday, 24th November.
8. As a part of the Fun Day celebrations, the English Catechism Ministry of our Parish has scheduled Biblical Fancy Dress, Mom & Me, Group Dance, English Devotional Singing and English Table Topics competitions for Friday, 17th November.
9. There will be a Christmas Carol Singing Competition, open to all parishioners of the Church and Cathedral, on Thursday, 14th December at 7.30 pm on the outdoor stage in the Sacred Heart Church compound. Registration for 10 groups only has commenced and Registration Forms are available at the Parish Office. Last date for submission is 7th December.
10. There will be a one-day programme in English for all the nurses of our parish entitled The Greatest Call 2023, initiated by Bishop Aldo Berardi on Saturday, 18th November at the Sacred Heart Church. We request the participation of all the nurses of the different communities. Registration is being done after all obligation masses. Registration Fee is BD 2 per person. Details have been put on the poster in the church compound. Please contact your Spiritual Directors for more information. 
11. The African Community, under the guidance of Fr. Nicolson Supreme, would like to draw the attention of all Africans and those of African heritage to join the African community body. For registration, contact Mobile Nos. 33773170 or 36200071 or fill the form in the Parish Office.
12. Under the guidance of Bishop Aldo Berardi, there will be a Bahrain Catholic Youth Day celebration on Friday, 8th December at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Arabia in Awali from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm which is compulsory for all youth from ages 15 to 35 to attend.  For registration and further details, please contact the Parish Office and community leaders.  Snacks, lunch and transport will be arranged.
